Every student in Washington Unified deserves a rigorous, well-resourced education. Mark will champion evidence-based curriculum, support teachers with the tools they need, and hold the district accountable for measurable outcomes.
Fiscal Accountability
Taxpayer dollars must be spent wisely and transparently. Mark will scrutinize the budget, demand clear reporting, and ensure every dollar goes where it matters most — into classrooms and student support.
Community Voice
Parents, teachers, and community members deserve a seat at the table. Mark will open the doors to genuine dialogue, hold regular community forums, and make sure the board reflects the values of Easton families.

Rooted in Our Community, dedicated to our Schools, my wife and I have called the Washington Unified School District home for the past 13 years. As proud parents, we have raised our four children in the district: two Washington Union High graduates Classes of 2022 & 2026 and two future Panthers scheduled to graduate in 2031 and 2033. I am deeply invested in the long-term success of our district and am committed to ensuring every student receives a high-quality education in a safe, supportive environment
As a longtime community member and parent, I bring both personal investment and practical perspective to the school board.
